It's a halo kit, but a pita to install, because you have to bake the headlights in the oven to break the glue. You also have to becareful because there not street legal. You can use hyper white or some blue halo's, depends on local cops.

Not to mention that to take the headlights out to bake them in the oven, you have to practically remove the whole front end of the car !

Just the front fascia. Any skilled mechanic can do it in about 20 minutes
