Cigarette lighter stopped working

I am a newbie here and just want to say Hello to everyone before asking for help. Well, I have a 07 Dodge Charger and I love it. Here is the problem: my front cigarette lighter (In the ashtray under the A/C controls) stopped working. According to my volt meter, it's not getting power. I think something wrong with the fuse, but can't figure out which fuse I need to check. Owner manual covers nothing related to this. Can anyone help me out?

It's the fuse box in your trunk, #18, it's the one that's not lined up in it's row. If it's not the fuse, you may have cig ash build up inside. Need to remove the ash tray assembly and blow it out.
