OK Charger folks, are we ready to see some carnage? Well I'm ready and itching to start hacking this thing up (my favorite part!! ) so stay tuned~

First step is to spend over a GRAND on 2011 Charger nose parts...

I WIN - she is now toothless! LOL The white rectangular frame inside the hole is the designated area where the mesh will be. Stay tuned, more pics to come.

Now open wide and say ahhhhhh so I can take some measurements! 7" deep on bottom and 6" on top.

Next step is to complete the shape by filling in the missing area so I can fiberglass it. Anybody notice the beginnings of a front spoiler?

Check out these new pics, fiberglass shell has been made and it's starting to look more like a grille! now on to smoothing it out and finalizing the shape

Coming along nicely

Sorry I havn't posted for a while, I've focusing on the wide body lately. The design of the grille is done, just need to smooth it out and make the mould.

Update: It only took one day and the Prototype is already done so I'm starting on the mould tomorrow!

I didn't have much time to work on it today but I did get the entire thing smoothed out and painted matte black. I'll be starting the mould tomorrow and it will be done by Friday :D [IMG]

OK guys, a lot of you have been asking so I finally got my act together. I've been looking for a long long time for the perfect mesh patterns that I feel would look awesome with my products and I've narrowed it down to these. I'm planning on stocking all of these. The woven mesh can be cut at either angle to give it a different look. If you look closed at my original photoshops of the red car that I made (below) ,they are both sporting the "Woven Mesh 45"
